Dental Insurance and Payment Options

Dental Insurance Plans We Work With:

We currently work with a variety of dental insurance plans. We ask that you call your insurance company to verify whether both Dr. Theresa Davis and Dr. Whitney Weimerskirch are in or out of network with your particular plan(s). Even though we are in network  with a particular insurance plan, we may not be in network with the particular plan you have under the same insurance company. Also note that many insurance websites are not up-to-date as to their providers so please make the phone call to the insurance company. 

There are a few insurances where Dr. Davis and Dr. Weimerskirch are in network with different plans under the same insurance. Please verify this information and know your coverage when scheduling.

Our practice is not responsible for any insurance information not previously verified before the patient’s appointment and we expect payment of the patient’s portion at time of service. 

OF SPECIAL NOTE: Dr. Theresa Davis and Dr. Whitney Weimerskirch are NO LONGER IN NETWORK with Anthem Medicare Advantage through Liberty, as of September 30, 2024. We have been made aware that some websites still have us listed as participants, but we are not any more.

Payment options:

  • Cash or Check: Always accepted.
  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, HSA and Flex cards
  • CareCredit: CareCredit is not available with our office at this time.

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is the patient’s responsibility.
